What is the KOA system reservation/cancellation policy?

Reservation Guarantee Deposit - A
credit card deposit equal to the registration charges for your
first night
is required to guarantee a reservation. Deposit charged at time of
reservation.

Cancellation Requirements for Deposit Refund - If you are unable
to honor your reservation, call
and cancel prior to these deadlines: ·
RV/Tent: 48 Hours - Notify KOA by 4 p.m. two days prior to arrival date.
· Kabin: 7 Days - Notify KOA one week prior to arrival date.
Reservations
made after deadlines will require a non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation
Charges - A $10 cancellation fee charged for cancellations made
prior to deadline. Cancellations
after deadline will result in forfeiture
of all deposit. We have a no cancellation in effect July 1st through July
6th and Sept. 1st through Labor Day.

Very easy! We are right off of I-90 exit # 377
When is the best time to come?
During the week is not quite as busy Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes! We have 6 washers and 6 dryers in a clean, comfortable setting. What is your pet policy?
Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome at
any KOA. If your dog shows behavior that is protective and
unfriendly to
strangers, please leave it home!
All
dogs are required to be under the control and visual observation of their
owner at all times. A 6’ (six foot) leash
rule is in effect whenever the
animal is outside the owner’s camping trailer, vehicle, kabin, or
motor home. No dog
should be left tied up and unattended outside the
owner’s camping equipment. Allowing your pet to bark
uncontrollably day or
night will not be permitted. Also, please remember to clean up after
your pet.
We have limited availability of pet units for
rent. Please call and inquire about availability for you and your pet.
Do you allow visitors on our site?
We do not have visitors just registered
guests. If they are in your vehicle it is just the extra person charge. If
they
are in their own vehicle or at the
Waterslide they will need their
own site. Do you have a pool?
Yes, we have a pool as well as a private hot tub room.
Can we have a campfire?
Only in our grills. Is firewood available?
Yes, we sell firewood in our store if you do not
want to bring your own. Do you except checks?
We do not take personal checks. We do except
travelers checks, Visa, Master Card or Discover Oh yes, and we take cash
too! Do You Have restrooms and showers?
Yes we have restrooms and showers for
our guest only. They are vin card locked. What time is quiet time?
Our quiet hours are for 10:00pm until 7:00am. We
do ask that all minors be on their site for quiet hours. What time is check in and check out?
Check in time for the sites is any time after 10:00am and check out is by
10:00am the morning of your departure
Check in time for the Kabins or
Kottage is any time after 1:00pm, check out is by 10:00am the morning of
your
departure.
